How it works.
Day passes have no commitment. Hot desks are month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Dedicated desks have a 3-month minimum. Private offices have a 6-month minimum. Annual plans are paid upfront and save you two months.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch locations at the end of any billing cycle with 14 days' notice. We flex with you — if your team grows or your needs change, your plan changes too.
Hot desk members and above can work from any Nomad location on any day. Day pass holders can use their pass at any location. Dedicated desks and private offices are location-specific, but you can hot-desk at other locations anytime.
Any member can bring a guest for R250/day. Dedicated desk members get 2 complimentary guest passes per month. Private office teams get unlimited guest passes. Guests get full access to the space, Wi-Fi, and café for the day.
30 days' written notice for month-to-month plans. Minimum-term plans (dedicated desk, private office) honour the remaining term, then convert to month-to-month. No exit fees, no awkward conversations. Email us or tell your community manager.
Monthly debit order (EFT), credit card, or upfront bank transfer. Annual plans are paid upfront with a 2-month discount. We'll send you an invoice before each billing cycle.
We'll add you to the priority waitlist for your preferred location and size. In the meantime, we can set your team up with dedicated desks in the same space so you're already part of the community when a studio opens up.
