Locations

Three spaces across
Cape Town's creative heartbeat.

Each location has its own character — industrial warmth, coastal light, urban edge. Same community, different energy. Find the one that fits.

Woodstock

Industrial Warmth

Where the light comes in.

Woodstock location interior with warm industrial lighting and exposed brick
Podcast recording studio with terracotta acoustic panels
Rooftop terrace at golden hour with mountain views
Member café with specialty coffee and terrazzo counter

The original Nomad. A converted warehouse on Albert Road with exposed brick, timber beams, and morning light that photographers come for. This is the flagship — the space that started the community and still sets the tone.

The podcast studios sit on the second floor, next to the quietest desks in the building. The rooftop catches Table Mountain at golden hour. The café downstairs is open to members and the public, which means you're never short of good conversation or a flat white.

Woodstock is where independent creatives gravitate. Designers, writers, photographers — people who care about the space they work in as much as the work itself.

De Waterkant

Coastal Light

Designed for the exhale.

Five minutes from the Sea Point promenade. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Atlantic on one side and Signal Hill on the other. De Waterkant is the calmest space in the network — minimal, light-filled, and deliberately unhurried.

The interiors lean Scandinavian-coastal: blonde oak, linen, pale terrazzo. It's the kind of space where you settle in with a book or a brief and lose three hours to focus without noticing. The terrace faces west — sunset sessions are an unwritten tradition.

This is where consultants, writers, and anyone fleeing open-plan noise comes to think clearly.

East City Precinct

Urban Edge

Built for builders.

The newest space in the network, purpose-built for the startup crowd and anyone who works on a different schedule to the rest of the city. 24/7 access, dedicated internet lines, and a community that skews technical.

The interiors are darker than the other two locations — charcoal walls, brass fixtures, deep green upholstery. It's urban, structured, and unapologetically focused on infrastructure. If Woodstock is the soul and De Waterkant is the calm, East City is the engine room.

This is where product teams, developers, and early-stage founders come to build without interruption.
