De Waterkant
Coastal Light
Designed for the exhale.
Five minutes from the Sea Point promenade. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Atlantic on one side and Signal Hill on the other. De Waterkant is the calmest space in the network — minimal, light-filled, and deliberately unhurried.
The interiors lean Scandinavian-coastal: blonde oak, linen, pale terrazzo. It's the kind of space where you settle in with a book or a brief and lose three hours to focus without noticing. The terrace faces west — sunset sessions are an unwritten tradition.
This is where consultants, writers, and anyone fleeing open-plan noise comes to think clearly.
